A Little Chocolate May Go a Long Way

A study found that people who eat chocolate regularly have a lower Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI is a person’s weight in kilograms (kg) divided by his or her height in meters squared. It is a key measure of obesity.

This doesn’t mean to go running out and eating Hershey bars or gorging on several pieces of chocolate today, but consuming a small amount of a high quality chocolate, such as Sunspire grain sweetened chocolate chips, may be beneficial.
