Here is the most important question I’ll ask you about your health:
Do you live to prevent illness OR do you live to have vitality?
The way you answer this question tells a lot about the way YOU CHOOSE to live your life!
If you live to prevent illness, chances are that you have no qualms about taking meds habitually to help lower cholesterol, prevent arteriolosclerosis, depression or any number of illnesses/diseases.
Eventually, though, this type of lifestyle will catch up with you. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that most meds are toxic and can have severely detrimental side effects.
If you choose to live with vitality, your diet is high in oxygenating/alkalizing foods. If you’re unaware of what those are, most definitely read on:
Studies are overwhelmingly showing the health benefits of consuming a plant strong diet. What many of us are unaware of is that by eating this way, you feel happier, stronger and more energetic. Disease does not grow in an alkaline environment – only acidic, which comes from eating processed foods, wheat, dairy, animal proteins, caffeine, and also experiencing stress.
An article by Mail Online (see following link) discusses how cancer is a man-made disease as a result of pollution and poor eating habits. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1320507/Cancer-purely-man-say-scientists-finding-trace-disease-Egyptian-mummies.html
So, what drives you most in your healthy eating decisions?
